Chemo Closed System
This Chemo Pump is unique as it combines the ProSeal exposure safe elements with a reputable SimplFusor Chemo Pump.
The vented Patient end cap allows instantaneous priming, enabling utmost efficiency in high filling workload.
The ProSeal components ensures that the Pump is completely closed when delivered to the patient with no residues (Dry Connection) on the injection sites.
Connecting to patient access site is easy with the Proseal Injector as there is no screwing of Luer connectors. Disengagement after infusion leaves dry contamination free surfaces.
Rigid Shell
The Fluid Path materials used in Rigid Shell Pumps as well as the performance specifications are similar as the soft-shell versions.
Like all rigid shell pumps, the over filling of such pumps is physically constrained by the volume size of the shells. The visual scale markings serve only as estimated indicator of the remaining fluid in the pump.
Soft Shell
The SimplFusor pump has a specially designed multi-layered balloon-like reservoir to be filled with the drug or fluid intended for infusion.
It exerts mechanical pressure to administer the contents at a predetermined flow rate. The entire unit is sterile and is intended for single use only.
Just ONE PCA
With JustONE Patient Controller Anaesthesia Pumps, both bolus and flow selection functions are integrated in one patient-controlled device.
The maximum bolus volume is 2 ml. The bolus Refill or Lock Up times are available as customizable options.
7 Step FloSelect
The 7 step Flow Selectable Rates are 1 ml/H to 7ml/H or 2ml/H to 14 ml/H. The flow selection knob is removable to cater for situations where the patient is not allowed to make unattended flow rate selection.
7 Step FloSelect and Bolus PCA
This Pump has a bolus device in addition to the 7 step FloSelect. The maximum bolus volume is 2 ml. The bolus Refill or Lock Up times are available as customizable options.

Extensive Drug Compatibility Studies
Extensive drug studies are conducted with SimplFusor Pumps. These are documented in American Society of Healthcare Professionals (ASHP) Manual of Extended Parenteral 6th Ed. 2017.
The use of silicone material as the drug reservoir facilitates compatibility with a broader range of drugs.
Accurate Flow Rate
SimplFusor Pumps are calibrated to ensure that the pressure generated in a filled pump delivers the intended flow rate.
Phthalate Free
None of the system components are made using natural rubber latex. Furthermore, our proprietary manufacturing process ensures zero contact between natural rubber latex and all of the system components during production.
Two Silicone Membranes
The SimplFusor Pump has 2 layers of silicone membranes. This improves flow accuracy and reduces residual volume when infusion is complete.
USFDA Extractables And Leachables Clearance
The SimplFusor Pump obtained USFDA clearance in 2015 (K151650). All pumps cleared after 2014 are required to comply to Extractables and Leachables Testing in accordance to FDA Guidance “Infusion Pumps Total Product Life Cycle“ dated Dec 2014.
Chemical characterization performed in Extractables and Leachables tests ensures that the SimplFusor is safe from health risks associated with exposure to chemical elements released from the materials used.
